Terms of Service

Welcome to Sent Fondly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sent Fondly website and application (the “Service”), operated by Sent Fondly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Sent Fondly Is

Sent Fondly is a personal reminder service. You add the people and occasions that matter to you — birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and your own custom reminders — and we send you a heads-up before each one, by app notification and/or text message, sometimes with optional gift ideas.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of any phone number you provide and for ensuring you are authorized to receive messages at it.

3. SMS/Text Message Program

If you opt in, Sent Fondly will send you recurring automated text-message reminders about the occasions you add, at the mobile number you provide. Details of the program:

• Program: Sent Fondly occasion reminders.
• Message frequency is recurring and varies based on the number of people and occasions you add.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time, or turn off SMS reminders in your account settings. You may continue to receive app notifications.
• For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@sentfondly.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of that number and consent to receive automated reminders at it.

4. App Notifications

If you enable notifications, we deliver reminders as web-push notifications to your installed app or browser. You can turn these off at any time in your device or app settings.

5. Affiliate Links

Some reminders and pages include affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price you would otherwise. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or transactions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to add phone numbers you are not authorized to use, to send unlawful or harassing content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but we do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, timely, or error-free, and we are not liable for missed occasions or delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sent Fondly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free account, is zero).

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
